★ Requirements for Exhibitors

Exhibitor should have legal business license, tax registration certificate and product compliance approval document; food and health care products enterprise should have production license, sanitary license and quality check pass report and shall provide the copies of the aforesaid documents to the Organizing Committee.

◎ Exhibition procedures

1. Exhibitor should fill out the Application Form as required and mail or fax the Form to Organizing Committee Office;

2. Exhibitor shall transfer the expenses to the account appointed by the Organizing Committee or pay at the Organizing Committee Office within seven days;

3. After receiving the exhibition fees, the Organizing Committee may ensure the participation of the exhibitor and the allocation of booth will follow the principle of “Payment and Allocation” and will not stop until the booths are all leased out.
